The design philosophy of metal stamping in Shengjia

The design of metal stamping should comply with certain principles, generally speaking, there are following five principles.
(1)The designed metal stamping parts must satisfy the use and technical performance of the product and can be easily assembled and repaired. For example, the metal terminal can be made of brass material.
(2)Stamping parts must be beneficial to improve the utilization ratio of metal materials, reduce the variety and specification of materials, and reduce the consumption of materials as much as possible.Usecheap materials to make the parts as free and less waste as possible.
(3)Stamping parts must be simple shape, reasonable structure, to help simplify the mould structure, simplify the process number, which is the least, the most simple stamping process to complete the whole parts processing, reduce processing with other methods, and is advantageous to the stamping operations, is advantageous for the organization to realize mechanization and automation production, in order to improve labor productivity
(4)Under the condition that ensure the product can be normally used,the size accuracy grade and surface roughness level are required to be lower, and the products can be exchanged to reduce the waste and ensure the stable product quality.
(5)We should use the existing equipment,processing equipment and process alignment whenever possible,in this way, the tooling lifespan can be extended.
